|Recommended: YesDecent — Its enjoyable, the apartments are nice and homey. I like having a townhouse style apartment, and the layout of them is nice. The appliances function well, furnishings aren't bad, and the other residents are cool. Clubhouses are fun, maintenance is generally pretty quick to respond. The parking lot isn't in the best shape, and the gym is somewhat lacking, but it's still functional.

|Recommended: YesGood Parking, and easy to find office and clubhouse — It feels more like home instead of an apartment, there are lots of parking. The clubhouse has lots of things to do and the movie theater is an awesome place to hangout with roommates or other friends. The layout of the apartment is good and the office employees are helpful and understanding.

|Recommended: YesOverall good quality and would recommend to a friend — Parking is always good when trying to park near my unit, Neighbors are friendly and not noisy. Quality of furniture and appliances are good. Sound acoustics are good. Walls arent too thin so when someone is trying to sleep others can watch a movie with the volume up with no problem. Location of our unit 111 is prime. Happy the potholes were filled because having holes and gravel all over the parking lot the beginning of semester cheapened the overall aesthetic. Club houses are really nice, good quality material and nice open layout. Only complaint would be apartment was still dirty grimy including tops of fridges, shelves, baseboards, shower walls, bathroom drawers, cupboards in kitchen - after the cleaners came at beginning of semester. All good though cause we were able to deep clean it, more attention to detail would be chill. I would rather deep clean it myself for the next people rather than pay a white glove fee if missing alot of spots is the norm sorry for sounding like a Karen 10 10 recommend living here though. Most Home like feeling complex we've lived at thus far.

|Recommended: YesI love the gates, very nice — The gates are awesome the only bad thing is the ac and heater are not awesome, upstairs gets really hot and downstairs is pretty cold. Also the room downstairs is small, it is not very fair to pay the same rent for a smaller room and storage
