Thank you for your review Keagan, we do our best to get everyone a parking pass if they need it but unfortunately we don't have parking for everyone! Make sure to sign early and you will always get a pass!

|Recommended: YesI like the residents, but the management is not my favorite. — Our ward is great, the clubhouses are nice, but the management has been difficult to work with. Even though we’ve lived here for several semesters they don’t seem to really want to help us.

|Recommended: YesIts nice, sweet, and homie. — I would say that it's not the worst place to live. I enjoy it, but the kitchen is smaller so everyone cant bring out their kitchen dishes. Depending on who you live with you can get the rich girl mentality again depending on who you live with. and if you are an introvert then you will be spending a lot of time in your room, again only if all your roommates are extroverts and have people over 24 7 Sometimes you will get lucky and not have anyone there also. I think that what makes the gates worth it is not the apartments at all but the amenities. The gym, new hot tub coming, volleyball, theater rooms, and games make it worth it in the end. IF they asked more than they do now. It wouldn't be worth it.. but again that is just my opinion. The employees are nice and good also.

|Recommended: YesI think it is very nice and I am excited for the construction to be done — I would tell them that I love the atmosphere, people, and amenities. It is not the absolute best location but everything makes up for that and it is still only a 10-15 minute walk to campus

|Recommended: YesReview — I have loved this housing set up a lot and have enjoyed living here. My only complaint is the dryer machine in my apartment takes two cycles to dry and is annoying. But other than that everything is awesome.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great and well laid out — I would say that the gates is one of the best places to go to. however I was unaware that one had to provide ones own utensils and cooking supplies like pots and pans. So when I arrived I was completely unprepared, which was extremely frustrating.
We are glad you think we are one of the best places to be. We do what we can to make the Gates the best! Thank you for your review!
