|Recommended: YesAmenities were great, but had problems with management — I really loved my roommates and the amenities It was sad that the hot tub wasn't open when it was said it would be. The management was a little rough, we had a lot of problems with it. However, the owner Nathanial, was amazing and worked with us so well The cleaning could have been a lot better, but they vacuumed the floor...
Altogether though, I am happy here

|Recommended: YesI love the feel of the Gates — This place has a perfect home vibe. These little town homes are great for older students who are busy with school and work. There are amazing amenities and everything is so nice and quiet around this part of Rexburg. The managers are great at replying, you can easily just send them a text and they get right back to you I love living here.
