|Recommended: YesGreat apartments with some quirks. — So far I've loved my time at the Gates. The location is a little far from campus but its pretty quiet and calm unlike other apartments closer to campus. When we moved in the apartment had not been cleaned so that was a little annoying, but everything else is great. Love the community and the vibe.

|Recommended: YesIt is another apartment — Living at the gates is like living at any other apartment complex. The amenities are very nice, however the first night we moved in our ceiling had water leaking out of it because the AC unit froze. Most of the management is nice and friendly however there are a few that do not live up to that standard. The vacuum provided with the apartment also doesn't work and creates more of a mess than it cleans up so we had to buy our own brooms to keep the apartment clean. Overall, it is another apartment.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — It's a lot more laid back and for an older set of students who are looking to still be social, but not surrounded by a tons of freshman. For what comes with the place, it's fantastic. My favorite part being the in-apartment washer and dryer and the two story town house feel. The clubhouses are great too. Management isn't too bad, but they can be a little all over the place at times but they are still reasonable and willing to work with you.
