|Recommended: YesReview — I enjoy living here. The social atmosphere spacious apartments are great. The clubhouses have everything you need, and the hot tub is a huge bonus.
|Recommended: YesGood but could be better — noise neighbors and the street is very loud. Lots of animal poop on the grass. I was told not parking was available and then contacted after buying city parking to see if I was interested. A lot of aspects of the remolded rooms seem very cheap and rushed. the hinge screws don't hit any studs except for about 2 so the some of the doors don't sit well within the frames.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — It's a nice apartment with great amenities and staff on top of it. The only problem is that before the semester started, the parking spots were all sold out, so the lot isn't big enough for everyone and parking isn't guaranteed.
|Recommended: YesI love the apartments, but frustrated with management. — I love the gates apartments and the people at the gates. The wards are very friendly and most of the people at the gates are very chill. The apartments and amenities are worth the rent. The management however, has been getting progressively worse. They frequently do not respond to emails and they tend to make a lot of mistakes with room assignments.
|Recommended: YesComfortable — I like the Gates so far since it provides a friendly atmosphere in a quiet place a bit far from campus. I like that it isn't close and provides some distance from more social areas so that there is quiet at night and time to relax and unwind.
