|Recommended: YesLove The Gates — The Gates is the nicest apartments I’ve lived in, the rooms are the perfect size and I love the layout. They’ve been kept clean and nice. The only complaint is that the staff could be nicer.

|Recommended: YesThe gates — It’s overall super nice. There are some things that could be updated in the bathrooms. But it’s overall nice and the ceilings are tall which is nice.
|Recommended: YesBetter for cars — The place is nice, it makes you feel like you’re truly living on your own. The only real downside is that it’s far away from everything, so bring a car.
|Recommended: YesVery great home for winter semester — I love living here during winter semester because it is harder to get outside. This apartment is more spacious, so you can do more things inside. The people that I have met here are some of the nicest, most fun people

|Recommended: YesFirst Semester — I have enjoyed my time at The Gates the staff is very friendly and willing to help out with issues.
The maintenance staff are very kind and quick to assist and respond to requests, however, there have been sometimes the clean check crew have come in and been kind of rude and not personable making notes of issues that have been in the apartment for multiple semester and not taken care of.
Parking is great always enough for you and guests.
Some places could use more cleaning such as the gym has lots of hair or dust around and under machines.
Over all amazing. Just a few things to watch.
|Recommended: YesBetter than Windsor — I lived at Windsor Manor last semester and I can say that it wasn't a bad place, but the difference when compared to The Gates is night and day. Having actual lawn areas is so nice. Having a dedicated club house instead of a bunch of small common areas is much better. Town homes feel a lot nicer than an apartment complex with connected hallways. I can park right across from my front door instead of a garage. Overall, amazing.
|Recommended: YesGates — Not a bad place to live. Amenities are nice, no complaints there. Maintenance and office staff could be better when things break. Great atmosphere and fun ward.
