|Recommended: YesGood Choice — I have enjoyed my stay here over the last semester. The amenities are nice the ward is good and my roommates are chill. Mostly upperclassmen maybe not the best for freshmen if you don't have a car, but I would recommend it.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in Rexburg — I’ve lived in a lot of different places since coming to BYUI and I’ve loved The Gates the most. It feels a lot more homey, clean, and spacious compared to other places I’ve lived. While the price may be a bit more, I’d say it’s worth it They offer so many amenities and events to really get the most bang for your buck I’d 101 recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Place to Live — This is my first semester here living at The Gates and I absolutely love it I signed a year contract not knowing what to think but as soon as I got here I didn't regret it at all. Management is super nice and easy to talk to, the amenities are nice, and in good condition, and the residents here are great, I have already met so many new friends since moving in two weeks ago Awesome place to live
