|Recommended: YesPlace to live — I have enjoyed my time at the gates so far. I enjoy the size of the bedrooms and how open the whole property feels. I feel that the parking spaces are a bit small and there are never spots next to my actuall apartment. I also feel the kitchen space is a little small for 6 people. I enjoy the size of the laudry room though. The little pantry space can be frustrating as well. I would say the gates are a great place for starting your college life.
