|Recommended: YesHomey but a little old and dark — I really enjoy the townhome layout, but a big downside is lighting. If you live in one of the middle houses, you just have one window that doesn't let a lot of light in. I wish that window was bigger and was able to open up to let in fresh air. The kitchen is in the back and is small and dark. The light fixtures inside are also a little old. The carpets and appliances are pretty outdated and the mattresses are horrible. But it's still really nice in comparison to other places. It's nice to be able to have your own bathroom attached to your room and the storage is great. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesNot bad — It's nice, the shuttle being close is good, but the fact they make you do a review is kind of annoying. Especially not giving you the option of opting out of posting it.

|Recommended: NoUsed to be a nice place to live. — I've lived at the Gates for over a year and have absolutely loved it. The location is great, the wards are incredible, and the apartments and amenities are really nice. Last year, management changed and it has been an absolute mess. Freddie and Nathaniel seem to be the only ones that care about anyone or about what's going on. The rest of management is rude and could care less about the residents. If I wasn't graduating, I would not live here again. Management sets the tone and vibe for an apartment complex and half of management has totally ruined it for the rest of us.

|Recommended: YesThe is a good place to live — It's a bit expensive but you get your money's worth based on the quality of the apartments. There has been recent manager change and they havent been the best at helping people out, but the community and atmosphere here is amazing.

|Recommended: YesIts alright — It is nice but there are people yelling at 12 at night playing video games. The roof leaks. But overall it's nice, glad to have a washer and dryer

|Recommended: YesThe Gares — I've lived here for 5 semesters, and I love it. The rent has gone up significantly since I started living here and I felt unnotified of the changes in pricing. When I came back to school after the rent was raised, management was happy to answer my questions and explain the reasons for the changes.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Place — I have lived in three distinct apartment complex and the Gates at Rexburg is by far the best. The new management has been super helpful and they are always improving the complex. Highly recommend
