|Recommended: YesParking — Parking sports are very small and its difficult to park my truck in the bays between the buildings, if i even have the chance to.
Hey Tate, thank you for your review. Sorry that the parking spots seem small. Our complex has one of the biggest parking lots in Rexburg. We want to make sure we can give out as much parking as possible to our residents. Parking against the fence may be a better option, I hope that helps!

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Everything is pretty awesome here Besides finding that some things weren't completely clean when we first arrived, like one of our refiguraters. However, its easy to overlook that because everything else it up to par.

|Recommended: YesVery nice but a few functional issues — The town homes are very nice and well payed out. The only problem I have is there is only one towel rack in the bathroom, and there are only four drawers in the kitchen. There are two people in each bathroom and all six people use the kitchen. But overall a wonderful place to stay

|Recommended: YesThey always try to steal my money — They always try and charge me more than a i owe and charged me a late fee for not paying 2 weeks before school started
Thank you for your review Hunter! On your contract you should be able to see the date your rent is due. We also do our best to send out multiple emails before your rent is due to help you avoid late fees. Rent is always due the 1st of the month to help avoid confusion, but If you do want a different due date, talk to us in the office and we can make a change for you!.

|Recommended: YesI love it There are so many nice and fun appliances I love the gym and the basketball court as well — I would tell them 100 to live here. It is a little far from campus but its a good exercise to walk or you can always buy a parking pass for campus. The people and wards are amazing. I feel like i live in a home instead of a hotel as compared to other apartments i have lived it. The environment is great as well

|Recommended: YesIt has been a great first place to live — It is a nice friendly and quiet place to live. Off of campus far enough to not hear the overall campus noise.
We think the distance to campus is great too. We have a huge parking lot to be able to support most residents having parking pass so nothing is too far away. Thank you so much for your review!
|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here — its like living in a townhouses which feel so much more like a home. You never have to worry about people above or below you being loud. I am super excited about the new renovations and hope that they finish soon. I love my ward and the bishop.

|Recommended: YesGreat property very well kept up and looks nice and clean — Very nice space, very homey feeling and air conditioned. Rooms have connected bathroom, the people are very nice and it is known for older students to live there.
