|Recommended: YesIt is a good property. — I love living at The Gates because the apartments are so nice. It is wonderful to only share a bathroom with one other person. The kitchens are a little small, but it's alright. The management is not the best either, but they are okay.

|Recommended: YesIt is modern, yet homie. — The management works really well with you if you have any concerns about the apartment. They were very helpful. There are lots of great ammenities here with the Lounge area. The rooms were well kept, some were not able to be cleaned properly due to lack of time, but once the management was notified, they were quick to resolve the issue. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Lots of parking. In regards to communication they are great.
