|Recommended: YesNot 1 but still great — i would say the gates has a lot of pros people keep to them selves its way chill nice looking good location far from stuff but not too far, cool amenities.
if i could only say 3 suggestions to take the gates from a B to the best in REX would be...
1. The gym is a big flop way to small for anyone to really want to go. might be good for a lot of the girls. it would obviously be an investmant but a simple gym on the guys side with 2-3 free weight squat racks that double as bench would make it the gates up there with the cove or north point as far as gyms.
2.The big beds are way low quality. springs my bed in 3rd world country was better. not to be ungrateful just saying when you pay extra for a bigger bed you hope its better than a twin.
3. the kitchens old just doesn't feel clean. or maybe its just the lighting.
just ideas not like I hate it here its a great great spot

|Recommended: YesPretty Good — The complex is pretty good, the shower heads aren't the best and the automatic fan in the bathrooms can get annoying but besides that its really good

|Recommended: YesWomen’s housing — The rooms are really great and I love that all the rooms get their own bathrooms. The closets are set up amazingly. I love the amenities in the clubhouse. So far I love living here.
