There is so much space and it's close to everything you would need like the campus, the church building, the temple, and stores. You can also find many places to eat within close proximity of the Gates.

|Recommended: YesIm still new but the apartments are very nice — Its really nice and chill here, but one problem was my blinds for my window weren’t assembled when we got there.

|Recommended: YesI like it, the apartments are nice and have a lot of space. — It’s really nice living here, you feel like you have a house which is cool. There’s a lot of space. Although it’s kind of farther from campus it’s not too far to walk, bike, or drive which is nice.

|Recommended: YesHomey, engaging, and nice distance to and from campus — Even though it has not been that long, I have loved living at the Gates Great new management and updates being done to the apartments. They have great space, especially the oversized rooms definitely feels more like a home than an apartment.

|Recommended: YesSmall townhouse atmosphere to make it feel like home — I have certainly enjoyed my time here at The Gates during my time here at BYU-Idaho. I personally selected The Gates because of the large space and amenities it accommodates for six people in one apartment complex, compared to many others I viewed off campus. The value is certainly worth your investment. If you are someone who prefers a quiet apartment still close to campus, The Gates is the perfect place to stay. The management is always prompt to respond to questions or issues in a timely manner and they communicate with their tenants often to remind them of upcoming fees and other maintenance being conducted. I love how well maintained the grounds are kept to make the place inviting for all who live here.
The only thing I wish was that there were more gym equipment to use. But, I've certainly loved everything else about The Gates, that this concern is very small and minuet.
