|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — It's got a nice homie vibe to it as opposed to just another apartment complex. The internet can be slow sometimes, but other than that, it's really great living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat roommates, great space, great home — It feels like home, the roommates are nice and down-to-earth, we have in-apartment laundry machines, which is SUPER nice. It’s not too far from campus, but if you don’t want to walk, the Walmart shuttle stops here and on campus. Each apartment has an attached shed-like space where you can put a bike, or other garage like items. Overall nicely convenient, homey, and a good social atmosphere.

|Recommended: YesAwesomeness to the MAX — Living at the gates has been such a great experience. Everything from the community to the management has been awesome. The layout of the property feels homie and welcoming. I sincerely have no complaints

|Recommended: YesManagement — Great living place, feels homey. Management can be difficult to work with. If neighbors are loud you can definitely hear them through the walls.

|Recommended: YesI think it is honestly the best student housing for BYUI — I would tell them to think of home, but with 5 random or chosen people to live with. I love not living on top or below other rooms, makes me feel like I have privacy and security.

|Recommended: NoClean, very modern, recommend to others — It really good. Clean and modern place. I love the layout of the apartments. The only thing is that most of the residents are older, so you should keep that in mind.
