|Recommended: YesNice Place, could be better — The apartments are nice and it’s a cool town home kind of vibe. The management can be a little annoying at times especially when it come to clean checks and stuff. They don’t charge you until the very end if you failed something so these charges come out of nowhere. Parking is a little annoying because they don’t actually have any assigned spots so you might have to park a ways away from your apt.

|Recommended: YesIt’s really great Apartment is very nice — It’s really fun Always clean outside and maintenance people are kind and quick. Parking is good too. There’s always a spot for you, although sometimes you have to park a little ways away from your apartment but that comes with any complex. Overall really nice place.

|Recommended: YesVery homely and well kept — The Gates is AMAZING The houses are really nice and roomy. The townhouse layout makes it feel like I'm more at home and you don't have to worry about having downstairs or upstairs neighbors. Everyone is really nice and its always a good time

|Recommended: YesPretty Legit — The amenities are awesome. The ward is super chill. The housing is very spacious. In my opinion the best part about the housing is having a good size desk all to my own, Which is especially convenient for having tons of online classes. The price is a little steep compared to other places but I think its totally worth it in the end

Thank you for your review Caleb! Luckily we have one of the biggest parking lots in Rexburg and a Walmart shuttle that picks up at our property so if you need to get a round hopefully one of those options is helpful, especially if you have a car!
