|Recommended: YesAwesome — I like it here. The rooms are good sizes and the beds are new and sturdy. I like how there are two fridges in the kitchen.

|Recommended: NoOverpriced, not enough parking, management could do more — Apartments are a bit overpriced. For the price you pay you would expect a bigger kitchen and living space and a good chance of a parking spot in their lot the waiting list for a parking pass was around 25 a few months before the semester started . There’s not much kitchen space and you can easily hear your neighbors in the apartments next to you. The rooms are pretty nice and the amenities are cool, but the price is too expensive for what you get. I also feel like the management could do better at keeping residents in the loop on what’s going on.

|Recommended: NoNot the best. — The apartment is extremely nice, but it’s hard to believe that 50 people would be on a waitlist for parking. They replaced our beds with new ones, but they left my roommates bed and frame blocking my closet entirely. Overall the only reason I would live here another semester is because it’s close to the highway going to Idaho Falls.
Hello Ryan, sorry that you weren't able to get parking. We have one of the biggest parking lots of all approved housing properties, but unfortunately we cant have parking for everyone. We hope you have a great semester and will reconsider us in the future!

|Recommended: YesWell kept but they charge you for every little thing — Overall I really like the Gates. They have good amenities and the rooms and closets are nice but the kitchen appliances are falling apart and there is hardly any cabinet or food storage space. My biggest complaint would be how unforgiving they are when it comes to money. It seems they try to charge poor college students for every little thing. Additionally, if you have a girls parking pass you cant park on the boys side and vice versa. This becomes increasingly frustrating due to the clubhouses on both sides. I pay a whole lot in rent and frankly get pissed off at the threat of being booted.
