|Recommended: YesNice but overpriced — It's a more mature environment with mostly laid back tenants. Good for people who are tired of living with immature freshmen and what to do their own thing. More of a home feel than an apartment.

|Recommended: YesThe Gates is a Great Place to Live — This is my 2nd semester here and plan on being here the rest of my time in Rexburg. I absolutely LOVE it The managers in the office are personable and always welcome me in by name. The apartments are homey, nice looking, and durable. The clubhouse is newly renovated and the amenities are great gym, movie room, fire pit, etc. . The ward and others residents are amazing and kind to each other. I 100 recommend The Gates to anyone living in Rexburg.

|Recommended: NoThe Gates at Rexburg — The apartment is not bad but they definitely need to work on a lot of stuff. I have ripped a couple pairs of socks by stepping on the tack strip that is poking through the carpet.

|Recommended: NoOverpriced — They charge a crazy amount of money, and don't even provide a broom or vacuum. Now you have to pay utilities if you go over the average monthly apartment amount. I wish people in Rexburg would stop raking everyone over the coals and sucking every penny they can get out of them. And I will never be ok with complexes having way more apartments than parking available. I have a parking pass, but what is everyone else supposed to do Get booted every day even though they are paying over 1400 for their contract The parking lot is pretty much a solid sheet of ice anyway, so maybe they're not missing out much. Apartment is decent. Tiny kitchen and pretty much zero storage. I've only lived here for 6 days, but I'm excited to be getting married in 3 weeks and moving out even though I'm stuck with the contract. I can deal with that, but I wish people would charge for what things are actually worth. They sell apartments that are worth MAYBE 800 mo for almost 3 grand per month. Too bad we are just college students and are forced into it.
Hello Katie, just incase there has been some miscommunication I am a little confused by your review. Unfortunately no approved apartment complexes in Rexburg have parking for every resident. We actually have one of the biggest parking lots in all approved housing. We do provide vacuums and if you don't have one please let us know. Your last sentence is what confuses me the most. The most we have every charged is $1525 per semester, if you have an oversized room. This would make the most anyone would pay $381.25 a month. If you were charged more than this please let me know and I can fix that. I hope you enjoyed the few weeks you were here, hope I could clear up some confusion!

|Recommended: YesThe property is very nice — Everyone is really nice but there isnt. a lot of parking and the shower is really squeaky. I love having two floors and the staff is really understanding.
