|Recommended: YesIt's nice and quiet but not super social — It's nice, but you don't get to know your neighbors super well with COVID so if you aren't moving in with friends I wouldn't move there. If you are moving with friends it fun because you're basically living in a house with all of them.

|Recommended: YesIts comforting — Its a nice place to live if you want more of the home feel, rather than hotel apartment feel. To me, its a lot more comfortable and homey. There are a lot of amenities as well. Super nice little community.

|Recommended: YesComfy and relaxed — Very easy to get to the great amenities Lots of bedroom space and closet space to go with it. If you have parking you can always get a spot that is relatively close to your apartment.

|Recommended: YesSolid, and good price range for an awesome complex — In a lot of the apartment complexes around here, you leave your room into a hallway, but the Gates feels a lot more open and feels like home. The community is also great accompanied by the remedies the Gates provides. A little bit hard to get parking at night after a certain time and the potholes are kind of a killer but all in all, a pretty solid complex.
Thank you for your review Derrick! We are glad you like the town home feel. We will be fixing the pot holes soon don't worry, we just have to wait for all the snow to melt so our whole parking lot can be re-sealed.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at the gates but I do have a few complaints. — I would definitely recommend living here to a friend but I would give them a few warnings. Even when you pay for a parking pass you are not guaranteed a place to park, I payed 50 and still end up parking in visitor parking across the lot from my apartment. Another thing being how easy it is to hear my neighbors through the walls. On the weekends I work at 7 A.M. and most Friday and Saturday nights they are so loud I am unable to fall asleep until 3-4 in the morning. I love the amenities and that you only have to share a bathroom with one other girl. The kitchen and fridge space is amazing and the amount of storage space provided is a huge plus. I love staff and I feel like they are always trying to find a way to help you out. I think the gates is a great place to live and would definitely recommend to a friend.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Housing — I love it here at The Gates. My only complaints are the kitchen is tiny, and the wifi is spotty.

|Recommended: Yes. — Place is nice, not perfect. People don’t clean up after their pets. Neighbors are very loud. Clean checks are never when they say they are.
Thank you so much for your review Christopher. Please let me know when you see pets not being cleaned up afterwards. Residents with ESA's are required to take their animals off the property to go to the bathroom so this should not be a problem. If you can help us out with that we would appreciate it!
|Recommended: YesOverall great — Overall this is a great place to live. Management is super nice. The ice and snow problem is really frustrating. My roommates have taken some nasty falls. it isn’t hard to at least sprinkle salt It was also a little misleading to advertise renovated apartments, but then not have them. This definitely isn’t the cheapest place to live, and I’d feel better paying it if i was paying for renovated
Thank you so much for your review Olivia, if there are ever patches of ice that need icing please let us know, we have a snow removal team and they sometimes miss spots. Luckily we are not raising prices for renovated units so you will not be paying extra if you get a renovated unit. We will also be renovating more this spring!

|Recommended: YesLove love love living at the Gates — I love living at the Gates I love that it doesn't feel like a hotel and is quieter, but still social The clubhouses are amazing and I love how roomy the apartments are. Having big rooms, two fridges, and laundry in our apartment is such a plus. Best place I've found
